We’re meeting today to talk


about the location for a new store. Let’s get down to business.

B: Thank you, we have 2 available locations – Thanh Xuan district and Hoan Kiem district. What do you
think about that?

A: I think that Thanh Xuan is a better location because the store rental price is very cheap: 8 million a
month.

B: I can’t go along with you. In Hoan Kiem, store size is 20 m 2. It is larger than in Thanh Xuan. And target
customers in Hoan Kiem are office workers. They have middle to high income.

A: I’m afraid I can’t agree with you. In Thanh Xuan, the target customers are students and the average
purchases per customer in a month is quite high: 3.5. In addition, the competitor is only one Forever 21.

B: Sorry to interrupt, but I agree partly with you. Market share in Hoan Kiem is bigger than in Thanh
Xuan.

A: Exactly, I think that’s a good idea. Because the distance to supplier in Thanh Xuan is 15km. It’s too
far.

B: To a certain extent, I agree. I think we should discuss more after break.

A: That’s right. I think that’s everything. Thank you for your hard work. I think we’ve come up with a lot
