WORK INSTRUCTIONS TO COMPLETE CODE OF CONDUCT PORTAL

Below are the steps to complete the registration for Supplier Code of Conduct section.

1. Access the link https://www.pall.com/supplier/certification

2. Click Sign Up on the left.

3. It will take you to below screen.

3. Complete Company Information and Contact Person steps by providing necessary information.

4. Return to the first page, this time click on Login. Username and Password are those which are
entered in 2nd step of Sign Up.

5. Once logged in, click on Code of Conduct and go through the points. Complete the registration by
accepting the terms and conditions.

6. Once T&C are accepted, a 4 digit unique Portal Reference Number will be generated which needs
to be populated in the MD New Foreign Supplier Request Form.

7. New Foreign Supplier Request Form to be returned to us in MS Word Format.
