LeapX - Women's Only Social Professional Network

Role Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and
assist with research for our women's social professional network platform. This internship offers an
exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a platform that empowers women to
connect, share knowledge, and explore various career opportunities within a supportive community.
As a Research Intern, you will play a crucial role in gathering valuable insights and information that
will shape our platform's features, user experience, and overall strategy.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough research on women's professional networks, online platforms, and

communities to identify key trends, best practices, and potential opportunities for
differentiation.
● Collect and analyse data related to target demographics, user preferences, and market
dynamics to inform decision-making and platform development.
● Assist in evaluating and benchmarking competitor platforms, identifying their strengths,
weaknesses, and unique selling points.
● Conduct an onground user survey to identify pain points of women’s on job platforms such
as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc
● Collaborate with the founding team to generate ideas and strategies for user acquisition,
engagement, and retention.
● Support in user persona development and market segmentation to enhance the platform's
targeting and personalization capabilities.
● Stay updated on industry news, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to
women's social professional networks.

Requirements:

● Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics or a related

field (or recently graduated).
● Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise information and draw
meaningful insights for Indonesia & SEA markets.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet
deadlines.
 ● Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
familiarity with research tools and platforms.
● Passion for women's empowerment and a genuine interest in promoting diversity and
inclusion in the professional sphere.
● Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic startup
environment.

Internship Certification: Upon successful completion of the internship program, the intern will
receive an internship certification, highlighting their valuable contributions and achievements during
their tenure. This certification will serve as a testament to the intern's dedication, skills, and practical
experience gained while working on our women's social professional network platform.

Duration: 2-3 Months

Location: Fully Remote

Stipend: IDR 1,500,000 / monthly
