Administration (MBA) course, an interne was sent to SHRIRAM CITY UNION FIN. LTD.
Hamirpur Branch to have a practical exposure on banking activities under the programs of
Industrial training SCUF is a leading NBFC which starts in operation from 1974 Through All
over India its to silent to general banking service account opening ,bills, remittance, clearing, cash,
and computer ,section while advance banking involves the activities related to providing borrowing
to its customers.

report cover only credit department and General banking activities of Shriram City union fin ltd.
Especially this report of the comparison of different banks in interest rate and deposit scheme in a

Topic of KYC ( Know Yours Customers ) Norms KYC is an acronym for “ Know Your Customer”
and is a term used for Customer Identification Process with any financial entity. KYC establishes an
investor’s identity address through relevant supporting document such as prescribed photo id (PAN
card , Aadhar card) and address proof and In Person verification KYC compliance is mandatory

CONCLUSION
Performance appraisal may be understood as the assessment of an individual's performance in a systematic way.
The performance being measured against such factors as job knowledge. quality and quantity of output, initiative,
leadership abilities, supervision, dependability, co- operation judgement, versability, health and the like it also
helps in developing strength and rectifies weakness of the employees.

Shriram city union finance limited Hamirpur has been conducting performance appraisal from the past years
from its formation Employees were co-operative and fully supporting the performance appraisal in the institution
and it was found to be highly effective in the employee's performance.

Shriram city union finance limited Hamirpur has been running successfully for past several years and has created a
good name among its customer's and society. People having poor background are given training and provided jobs.
Performance appraisal can be conducted more effectively by using the right tools and properly reviewing and
updating the performance appraisal program. Suggestion from employees and experienced personnel can further
enhance and make the performance appraisal an ideal evolution system.
