A320 Type Rating Program

at GAA followed by GAA is proud to announce its A320 Cadet Pilot Program in

the A320 Type Rating Program at GAA followed by 1,500
Hours of Line Experience at Jazeera Airways. It will provide the

3 Logbook (last 3 pages) 8 Good Conduct Certificate

4 UK ATPL frozen license 9 Maximum Age Limit accepted is 35 years’ old

HOW IT WORKS?

Once application form and supporting documents are received, initial screening will be conducted to
review if you’re documents meets the requirements. Note, that final acceptance to join the Line Training is
subject to the Airline and Kuwait DGCA’s approval.

Pass the selection test which consists of the following:

 ATPL (A) Questionnaire: A written English test that consists of 50 ATPL (A) questions.
 Compass and Professional Profile Test (CPPT):
This is a Psychometric and Aptitude screening (which includes a personal interview).

2  Personal interview: The panel will have 4 members:

• Senior Pilot from Al-Jazeera
• Senior Instructor from GAA
• Psychologist
• Al-Jazeera Human Resources (or any other representative)
 Simulator check-ride: Consists of a single takeoff /R or L traffic pattern/ILS/ Landing.

HOW IT WORKS?

Cadets will be provided with the following:

 Training agreement to be signed.
 Acceptance Letter from Jazeera Airways
 Training Schedule from GAA for the Type Rating Program
 Training Schedule from Jazeera Airways for the Line Training Program

4 Cadets will only be able to proceed with the Line Training Program if they have
successfully passed the A320 Type Rating Program at GAA.
