    1. If two vectors A=4i+2j+3k and B=3i+2j+6k are given then find:


    a) A+B and |A+B| b)A-B and |A-B|
    =4i+2j+3k+3i+2j+6k =A-B=A+(-B)
    =(4i+3i)+(2j+2j)+(3k+6k) -B=-3i-2j-6k
    =7i+4j+9k =4i-3i+2j-2j+3k-6k
    |A+B|= (7i²+4j²+9k²) =i-3k
    = 7²+4²+9² = 49+16+81 |A-B|= (i²-3k²)
    = 146 = 1²+(-3²)
    = 10
    2. Let A=i+4j and B=3i- j then find:
    a) A+B b) A-B
    =i+3i+4j-j =A+(-B)
    =4i+3j -B=-3i+j
    = i-3i+4j-j
    = -2i+3j
