1 You grow huge claws. D6 natural weapon.
Finesse, light. But they get in the way, you have
disadvantage with weapons attacks involving any
other weapons.
2 You grow light off the top of your head like an
angular fish. You constantly have light on yourself.
3 Your skin oozes a sticky substance. You gain a
climbing speed equal to your walking speed. But
Doffing armor time is doubled, also you must wash
regularly.
4 You grow wings that can slow your fall or allow you
to glide. You can subtract up to 100 feet from the
fall when calculating falling damage, and you can
move up to 2 feet horizontally for every 1 foot you
descend. But they shed feathers everywhere.
5 Your skin in places is covered by a thick shell. You
gain a +1 bonus to AC when you're not wearing
heavy armor. But your movement speed is slowed
by 5ft.
6 Your body bloats up and doubles in size. If you
were small, You are now medium.
7 Your body is covered in poorly crafted runes. Gain
1 sorcerer cantrip but take 1d4 fire damage every
time it is used.
8 Magic causes vines to grow from your skin. If you
touch rooted greenery for an hour, you can absorb
a day’s meal through your vines. But you can’t eat
food.
9 Four additional eyes grow on your body. So long
as all four can see, advantage on perception to
sight checks. But you can’t smell.
10 One of your hands falls off. It can now be used as
a familiar. Use crab stat block. If it dies, it will be
resummoned at the next long rest by growing back
only to fall off again.

11 You look and smell undead. You gain Deathless
Nature from the Reborn lineage. But you regain
1d4 less healing from healing spells.
12 Your legs morph into Raptor legs. Your movement
speed increases by 5 feet. But you lose the ability
to jump.
13 Your head doubles in size. +1 intelligence, but
ranged attacks cannot have disadvantage against
you.
14 Sharp teeth now adorn your flesh, vaguely
resembling jagged scales. If you are grappling a
creature or being grappled by a creature at the
start of your turn, You both take 1d4 slashing
damage.
15 Your muscles swell. You find yourself more capable
of using larger tools, granting you the Powerful
Build ability. But you need to eat double the food
previously required.
16 Your body shifts into a more beastly form. You now
run on all fours. You gain advantage on perception
to smell checks.
17 You can split acid. 1d4 ranged attack. You are
proficient. Use Con for attack and damage rolls.
20/60 ft range. But food always tastes awful.
18 Your voice is blessed/cursed with destructive
power. You can cast word of radiance at will. Use
charisma as your spellcasting modifier. But you
cannot ever shout and must speak softly.
19 Your bones become jelly. You gain advantage on
escaping grapples. You have disadvantage on
checks/saves against going prone.
20 Your arms morph into Bugbear arms. When you
make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it
is 5 feet greater than normal. However you now
have disadvantage on melee attacks within 5 feet.
