X is 12 years old. He concludes a personal loan contract with M, who is 32 years old, for the amount of
R10 000. He uses R2 000 of the money to buy himself a bicycle, which is stolen within a few days. R1 000 of
the money he uses to pay school fees and a further R2 000 to purchase school books and a school uniform.
He further donates R3 000 of the money to the SPCA.
