Human Resource Management
City Government of Cabuyao

Dear Mrs. Ocharan,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing because we are designing a questionnaire for
our research and would greatly appreciate your expertise in validating it.

The questionnaire intends to collect data on Employer’s Feedback on Graduates’ Quality of

Work and Work Performance. However, we know that it is important to have the questionnaire
validated by an expert to ensure that it measures what it intends to measure.

We would be grateful if you could review the questionnaire and provide your feedback on its
content, structure, and validity. We are particularly interested in your assessment of the questions'
relevance and appropriateness to the research topic. Any suggestions you may have for improving
the questionnaire will be put into consideration

We have attached a copy of the questionnaire to this letter and a brief overview of our study.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or require any further information.

Thank you for your time and expertise. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely,

Angelo Joseph R. Castillo Bea May R. Nonoy

Employers' Feedback on Graduates' Quality of Work and Work
Performance: Inputs to Curriculum Enhancement and Career
Developments Strategies

Study Background

Employers’ feedback serves as an evaluation of an employee on the performance it

presents. The university’s feedback from its alumni employers is the true gauge of how well
the educational programs are implemented. It is based on how effectively graduates use
their newly learned information and abilities in their actual workplace situations. The
appearance of the graduates' abilities, expertise, and skills in their separate workplaces
illustrates the effectiveness of a specific educational program delivered by a particular
educational institution. Feedback serves not only to encourage an employee to reach their
full potential but knowing where their weak points are and what they can improve to be even
better. In summary, the idea is to carry out an in-depth analysis so that, in future feedback,
the findings can be used in the search for increasingly better performances. Universities can
find standard guidelines that will help improve the insertion of young people in the world of
work, allowing the minor loss of time to achieve a space in the productive world.

The study sought to know the opinions of employers on the competencies of the
graduates of the Statistics program through assessments by the employers; to create
programs and strategies that allow the institutions to know the quality of the academic
training and skills that it provides to produce employable and skilled graduates. It will also
show the work of BS Statistics graduates in terms of their knowledge and understanding of
their discipline, innovativeness, social intelligence, responsibility, and digital literacy. The
paper will focus on the employers’ feedback regarding the quality of work and work
performance of the graduates. And the employers’ feedback in the study will serve as input
to curriculum enhancement and career development strategies.
