complete with 6
essential nutrients
This is a sample menu with 6 essential nutrients. It contains protein-rich foods such as
grilled chicken panini and roasted half chicken, which use amino acids to build and repair
muscles and bones as well as hormones and enzymes. They can also be used as a source of
energy. On the healthy side, it consists of vitamin and mineral-rich foods that stimulate
digestion and improve absorption. It has cole slaw, fresh asparagus, and broiled tomatoes.
Fresh asparagus is a nutrient-packed vegetable. It is a very good source of fiber, folate,
vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as chromium, a trace mineral that enhances the ability of
insulin to transport glucose from the bloodstream into cells. Cole slaw has 7% manganese, a
trace mineral that is present in tiny amounts in the body. It helps the body form connective
tissue, bones, blood clotting factors, and sex hormones. And broiled tomatoes are a good
source of several vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, potassium, vitamin K, and folate.
The starters menu consists of fats which help the body absorb vitamin A, vitamin D, and
vitamin E. These vitamins are fat-soluble, which means they can only be absorbed with the
help of fat. In the pizza menu, it consists of carbohydrates, which are the main source of
energy and help fuel your brain, kidneys, heart muscles, and central nervous system.
