FOR SUBMISSION OF COMPLAINTS - COMPLAINT VERIFICATION AGAINST QASIM

AWAIS SANDHU, CHAIRMAN/CEO/OWNER, MUDASSAR HUSSAIN, VICE CHAIRMAN
AND TAJJAMAL HUSSAIN, MANAGING DIRECTOR THREE GENIUS GROUP OF
COMPANIES/ Q WORLD/NET WORLD COMPANY AND OTHERS

National Accountability Bureau, Lahore is receiving complaints against Qasim Awais Sandhu,
Chairman/CEO/Owner, Mudassar Hussain, Vice Chairman and Tajjamal Hussain, Managing
Director Three Genius Group of Companies/ Q World/Net World Company and others. The
accused persons allegedly collected amounts on pretext of investments by promising huge
profit in return and subsequently misappropriated by cheating and committed criminal breach
of trust and obtained illegal gain for themselves through dishonest means

In this regard, all affectees/claimants are required to submit their applications / claims
addressed to Director General NAB Lahore alongwith certified / attested copies of following
documents in support of their claims within 15-days of publication of this Notice (except
Saturday, Sunday & official holiday) during office hours i.e. from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM:-

a. Application addressed to DG NAB Lahore

b. Copy of CNIC
c. Documentary evidence supporting the claim including payment receipts, cheques etc.
d. Any evidence pertaining to luring, cheating public at large and misappropriation will be
accepted after conducting necessary probe/enquiry/investigation.
e. Every individual will appear and submit his claim himself.
f. No other person will be allowed to submit claims on behalf of the affectee except in
cases where that person holds valid registered general power of attorney/ special power
of attorney on behalf of affectee, however, the concerned eye witnesses/ party to the
transactions should have to appear in person to depose the evidence.
g. No claim will be received after lapse of the given time.
h. Any other relevant document / evidence, deemed relevant.

evidence.
