The bar chart presents the amount of electricity generation and expenditure by the world’s

top ten energy users in 2014. The statistics are expressed as billion kWh.

In general, most countries had an insignificantly in the amount of electricity consumed and
produced, however production was still greater than consumption in all the countries
except Germany.

Looking at the details, China and the USA were the top popularity with the amount above
1000. At about 5400 and 5320 billion kWh, China generated and used more power than
other countries, followed by the United States with 4100 and 3870 respectively.Initially, of
the other three countries included Russia, Japan,India which had the quantity between 700
and around 1000, Russia was the only country that output and consumption were over
1000, at 1060 and 1040 billion kWh. Furthermore, in terms of the last five countries, while
Canada, France and Brazil had the quite same amount of generation and consumption from
463 to 871, the Republic of Korea, in comparison, only produced 485 and used 450. It was
also noteworthy that Germany was the alone country that used more power than its
generated.
