About
Aerial view.
The dwellings are designed from a basic unit of 50 m² which can be
extended according to the needs of the users.
The structure is mostly made of CLT panels using them as floors and
walls, considerably reducing the building weight. Nevertheless, not all
walls are made of CLT panels, these panels are only used at facades
and at the central gantry forming a tridimensional structure. Dividing
walls are not made of CLT, they are drywalls as they have special
acoustic needings. 53.1.jpg
Reinforced concrete is used to form the first floor slab and the ground
floor. Between these two slabs, walls are built by concrete blocks. The
elevator core is also made of concrete blocks. Side and back facade. Main entrance.
