Sumatran Rhinoceros
Sumatran rhinos are one of the rarest, most endangered mammals in the world. Today,
there are less than 100 individuals left in the island of Sumatra. The main threat to the
Sumatran rhine is habitat less since its habitat has converted form forest to area used
for agriculture, cattle pastures, and logging. The Sumatran rhino is also called The
Asian two-horned rhine as it is the only two-horned rhino in the Asia region. It has
long, shaggy hair on its ears and body, in contrast to other rhino which apper hairless.
Sumatran rhine are by far the smallest species of rhine. They weight between 300-
960 kg and their height is between 1-1,5 meters.Sumatran rhine have a reddish-brown
skin. These are the hairiest species of rhine. This can vary form short, bristly coat
common in the wild, to a shaggy fur for these in captivity because there is less
abrasion form vegertation. Their ears have a fringe of longer hairs and the tail end
has a tuft of thicker hairs.
Sumatran rhines have two horns that are dark grey to black in colour. In the wild they
are ussally very smooth and form ta slender con that curved backwords. The longer
fornt (anterior) horn is typically 15-25 cm long.

Crispy Sweet & Sour Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
400 g chicken breast filet
1 pc egg 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tbsp soy sauce Tapioca flour, to coat
Steps:
1. Slice the chicken thinly to about 3 mm thick. Marinate with chicken powder,
baking powder, and soy sauce. Mix well.
2. Add egg and mix well. Coat with tapioca flour evenly, then rest for 2-3 minutes.
3. Slice the de-seeded red chili, pineapple, and onion. Set aside.
4. Heat the oil. Fry the chicken on high heat until crispy and golden brown. Set
aside.
5. Heat the pan. Add margarine and onion. Sauté until fragrant, then add ketchup,
chili sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Stir.
6. Dilute the cornstarch in water, then add into the pan. Stir well.
7. Add pineapple and chili. Cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Arrange the chicken on a serving plate, then pour the sauce on top.
9. Crispy Sweet & Sour Chicken is ready to serve.
