Bronze Program (2 weeks with Eastern Tour)

Program Fee
CAD$ 4,400
• One complementary adult chaperone for every 15 paid campers. Extra chaperones pay 75% of the program fee.
• Free airport pick up and drop off service for group of 15+ paid campers
• Medical Insurance is not included (extra $75.00)

Terms
1. Columbia International College (hereafter as CIC) reserves the right not to reschedule missed activities due to Covid-19 related
causes, accident, transportation delay, disastrous weather (tornado, storm, flood etc.), strike or other causes beyond CIC’s control; CIC
will not refund for any schedule alteration. Covid-19 related causes include, but not limited to, quarantine, isolation, boarder closure,
flight cancellation, and Covid-19 outbreak.
2. CIC reserves the right, at its discretion, to withdraw any campers whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous, or
incompatible to the camp community or who will not live within the rules and policies of the camp. No reduction or return of fees will be
made for such withdrawal. Parents will be responsible for any extra costs associated with returning their child home early.
3. Campers shall act in compliance with regulations of third parties whichever provide service in CIC camp program and shall pay for any
penalties or addition expenses because of violation.
4. CIC reserves the right to change accommodation and conveyances with no refund or compensation during the program. Campers having
overnight trips need to check out and check in again upon return; the same room will not be guaranteed. Accommodation Types:
• In Hamilton: School residence room type varies-double with private bathroom, triple with private bathroom, double with shared
bathroom, triple with shared bathroom; residence will be assigned according to arrival date and availability
• Eastern Canada Tour: Quad Room, 2 campers share one bed. Campers from different groups may need to share accommodation
5. Any special program or accommodation requests need to be received by CIC 2 months prior to program start date; program prices are
subject to change; requests will be processed only after full payment is received.
6. Once acceptance letter issued, no request of alteration to program activities shall be accepted.
7. No meals will be served after CIC cafeteria hours.
8. All students should take care of their personal belongings throughout the camp.

Payment
1. Upon receiving the completed Enrolment Form/Group Enrolment Sheet, CIC will issue Invoice.
2. Once receives full payment, CIC will send the following documents for the student to apply for their visa:
• Receipt to show full payment
• Letter of Acceptance
• Notarized Custodianship Agreement

Refund Policy
1. Once payment has been made, all fees are non-refundable except Visa is refused.
2. In case a student is refused a Visa, all fees paid will be refunded except for a $200 CAD application and administration fee. The refusal
letter from the Canadian Immigration Authority and the original Letter of Acceptance must be provided with the request for refund.

brief and explain in detail this program and package to all students, group leaders and teachers accompanying the group. Columbia International
College agrees to offer the above program for the above price.
