Dear Mr Plaatjes,

Please accept this letter as a formal notice of my resignation from my position of Salesmen at BMC
Auto Spares. My last day of employment will be 31 January 2022.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work here for the past three years. I appreciate all the
opportunities you have given me but my mistakes have become one to many. I am a prideful person
and don’t like to think of myself as loss. So with that being said it is time for me to move on.

I would like to do anything I can to help with this transition, including wrapping up my
responsibilities. If I can be of any assistance during this time, please let me know.
