REFERRAL FEE FOR PURCHASE OF ONE (1) PLOT OF LAND HELD UNDER THE TITLE HS(D) 168428
PT 161599 LOCATED IN KAWASAND PULAU INDAH, MUKIM KLANG, DAERAH KLANG, SELANGOR
MEASURING 22.926 ACRES (“SUBJECT LAND”)

Reference to the Letter of Offer & Acceptance (Ref. No. Meridin/BO/OLSB) signed on 13th
December 2022 by the vendor, we hereby agreed that the payment for your professional fee for
The Subject Land shall be payable to you based on the calculation below and after the SPA signed
by both purchaser and vendor:-

1. Based on 1.5% payable from vendor inclusive of SST

Net Payable to INC = RM786,442.04 – SST (6%) = RM741,926.45 / 2 = RM370,963.23
Your Payable Amount = 35% X 92.5% X RM370,963.23 = RM120,099.34

2. Additional 0.5% payable from vendor inclusive of SST

Net Payable to INC = RM262,147.35 – SST (6%) = RM247,308.82
Your Payable Amount = 50% X 92.5% X RM247,308.82 = RM114,380.33

Total Payable to You = RM120,099.34 + RM114,380.33 = RM234,479.67

Withhold Tax (2%) = RM234,479.67 X 2% = RM4,689.59
Your Net Payable Amount = RM229,790.08

Payment of the professional fee shall be paid within 5 days after payment by vendor accordingly.
