Technical Summary:
In this process will check the documents on behalf of the Underwriter and will request the needed documents.
■ In Underwriting, we will verify all the documents such as 1003, 1004, 1040, 1008, Note, AUS, Approval,
Security Instrument, Appraisal, 2055, Credit Report, Asset details, Bank statement, Paystubs, W-2, VOE,
VVOE, Social security document, HUD, Title Insurance, Title Final, Title Commitment and All state disclosure.
■ We will check the Borrower’s income with the help of Paystubs and W-2 and will check the credit score of
the Borrower through Credit Report based on that will forward the next process.
■ In this process, they segregated in 6 segments. In that I have worked on Segment #3 & #6.
■ In Segment #3, we will update the Appraisal, Title and Insurance tab with the help of related documents.
■ In Segment #6, we will update the Right to Cancel (RTC), Disclosure and Integrated Disclosure (ID) with the
help of related documents.
■ Depends upon the Credit score of the Borrower we used to move forward the loan to Underwriter.
■ Underwriter has the right, whether he can approve the loan or reject the loan depends upon the credit
history of the Borrower.
■ Training new employees and bringing them into production with 100% accuracy.
■ Coordinated with management drafting weekly, monthly reports.
Project # 3
In this process will check the documents on behalf of the Underwriter and will request the needed documents.
■ Under Early Resolution, If the Borrower wants to do Modifications or wants to extend the term of Mortgage
Payments then he/she will send some documents.
■ We will verify all the provided documents, in that Borrower will mention their Hardship reason why they are
not able to pay the Mortgage payments.
■ We will verify the Borrower's income from which source they are getting income, etc.
■ We will check all the documents like Tax Returns, Profit and Loss Statement and Bank Statements, etc., will
request the needed documents from the borrower.
■ We used to get the credit report of the Borrower, so that we can check the credit history of the Borrower.
■ Finally, we will submit the documents to the Underwriter.
■ Assigning daily workflow to the team.
■ Training new employees and bringing them into production with 100% accuracy.
■ Efficiently maintained the quality throughout the process being an auditor.
■ Coordinated with management drafting weekly, monthly reports.
■ Ability to prioritize escalations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Project # 4
■ If the Borrower unable to pay the Due amount, then he will approach the Attorney and the Attorney will file
the case in Bankruptcy.
■ In POC (Proof of Claim), we can verify all the Collateral Documents relating to the property and also we can
check the Prior servicer payments.
■ In Closings, we can move out the Borrower from Bankruptcy. We can settle all his debts and close the
Workstation.
■ I was assigning the workflow to my teammates from the pipeline using VLOOKUP.
■ I used to do send the production report on behalf of team.
■ I used to review the process guide and share the updates to my team.
■ Assigning daily workflow to the team.
