    PAYMENT TERMS

    1. 50 % ADVANCE ALONG WITH PURCHASE ORDER


    2. 40% AGAINST SUPPLY OF MATERIALS
    3. 10% AFTER COMPLETION

    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS


    1. The designs and recommendations are made based on the BOQ provided by you.
    In case of any deviation of material the same shall be charged at an extra cost
    accordingly.

    2. The offer submitted doesn't include any third party certification charges; if it is required
    the same shall be done at an extra cost.

    3. Appropriate drawing shall be furnished after work completion

    4. The system will be warranted for 12 months from the date of commissioning

    5. All civil work like Excavation and Backfilling, PCC Pedestal and Construction of Pump room
    and Sump etc., are at your scope

    6. Wewillprovidesystemserviceduringwarrantyperiodof1year.

    7. Welding Guarantee for 3years

    8. The safety of materials at site after delivery is at your scope, in case of loss or theft
    of materials at site the same shall be supplied to you at extra cost.

    9. Material Storage, Water Supply & Power Supply is at your scope.

    10. Required scaffolding, Lifts, and Boom lifts for material movement in site is at your scope.
