Club Elections 2014
The Supreme Student Government holds the clubs organizations inside the school. As part of
this, the SSG officers get in touch with the students about the elections beforehand. They gathered the
data needed to be provided to the students for a more organized election. It was June 21, 2014 when
the Year/Grade Level club and general club elections were conducted.
The major SSG officers are not allowed to be reelected as major officer in these club
organizations in accordance to the Standard Constitution and By-laws of the Supreme Student
Governments in Secondary Schools Article VIII, section 8. From the eight club organizations, based on
the subjects in secondary class, the club officers were selected. They engaged the elections from 10:30
AM for the morning shift Year/Grade Levels. Those who won the elections will be called back in the
afternoon session for the General Club Elections. They inquired each of the club organizations have their
assigned rooms to be used to avoid confusion to the students. The SSG officers, mostly the Major
elected positions and non-morning shift representatives monitored and guided the students to their
respective appointed rooms used for the elections.
The afternoon shift preceded to their grade level elections at 3:30 PM. The SSG officers directed
the students to the appointed rooms of the respected clubs they joined. Afterwards, the 4 Year/Grade
Level elective officers gathered and conducted the General Club Elections.
Now, the Supreme Student Government officials are looking forward for student leaders that
will help us achieve our goals. Those who are aspiring too in having a better, innovative and developed
school with the unity, cooperation, discipline and participation shared with each other.
