Evaluating Events

- Keep our attendees satisfied so that they come back to another event that we are
hosting
- Post-even surveys, email communication to find out how the attendees respond to our
event

- Monetary outcomes  cost vs. anticipated revenue at the stage of event planning
 cost vs. actual revenue after the event
- Registration numbers (the level of actual attendees, analysis of check-in choices
demonstrate the optimal registration setups for your event
- Public recognition & media coverage define the success and importance of an event

measure the effectiveness of business meetings and educational event

- Eventbrite (to use registration and promotion of the event)
- Survey Monkey (creating a survey, questionnaires etc.)
Questionnaire: * Should have more than 10 questions
* don’t irritate people and take too much time from them
* Open or close questions
* Know your target market and knowing what kind of people attend
* Not too complicated
* Thank you for taking the time to complete this feedback form  we will
give you a discount on an item or you will get thrown into a drawn and get a
gift etc.
* don’t wait with the evaluation too long, do it right after the event 
otherwise, people will forget about it
