Allan: “Sure. In fact I (meet) her two days ago. She (set up) her own business.”
Steve: “She (get married)?”
Allan: “I have no idea.”
Steve: “You (see) a wedding ring on her finger when you (talk) to her?”
Allan: “Ha-ha! Are you interested? That’s why you (ask) Jerry about her, too.”
Steve: “How do you know?”
Allan: “Jerry (tell) me yesterday. We (have) a cup of coffee together. You know he likes gossiping.”
