ln the reference lst read above, the Government have accorded permission to
the District Collector, Kadapa for declaration of Chinnapalli village as "Project Affected
Zone" for acquisition of structures and payment of R&R entitlements for an amount of
Rs.5,61,36,343 (the structure value in SSR 2016-17 is Rs.2,91,36,343/~ and the R&R
entitlements to 40 families is Rs.2,70,00,000/-each family @ 6.75 lakhs) under RFCT
LARR Act, 2013 to eligible (40) families of Chinnapalli village of Kondapuram Mandal,
Kadapa District submersion under Thimmapuram Reservoir of Gandikota CBR Lift
Scheme.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, R&R has stated that as per
the RFCT LARR Act, 2013, each PDF is eligible for Rs.6,36,000/-and also 5 cents land
cost & lnfra cost to each PDF i.e., roads, drains, electricity & Drinking water facilities. It
is rounded to Rs.10,00,000/-to each PDF, as the PDFs opted for One Time Settlement.
He has further stated that the Special Collector (LA), GNSS, Kadapa has acquired 44
residential houses and also award was passed on 26.02.2019. In this regard, 44
PDFs/PAFs are clearly eligible for R&R cash benefits and 21 PDFs have become
eligible major sons/daughters of the head of the families, total comes to 65 eligible
PDFs/PAFs (44+21) under Chinnapallj Village of Kondapuram Mandal submerged
under Thimmapuram Reservoir of Gandikota CBR Lift Scheme and all the PDFs are
choose to One Time Settlement (OTS).

3. The Commissioner (R&R), Vijayawada has submitted revised proposals to

Government and requested to sanction an amount of Rs.12,17,50,106/-(i.e., R&R
entitlements Rs.6,50,00,000/-to 65 PDFs @ Rs.10,00,000/-to each PDF instead of
Rs.2,70,00,000/- and Structure payments of Rs.5,67,50,106/- instead of
Rs.2,91,36,343/-) as sanctioned in the reference first read above towards LA and R&R
for payment to the PDFs of Chinnapalli Village, Kondapuram Mandal submerged under
Thimmapuram Reservoir of Gandikota CBR Lift Scheme. The HOA wise budget
requirement is as follows:

4. Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby accord

sanction for an amount of Rs.12,17,50,106/-(Rupees twelve crores seventeen
lakhs fifty thousand one hundred and six only) (i.e.Rs.567.50 Lakhs under HOA:
4700-01-135-11-26-530-532 towards structures value and Rs.650.00 lakhs
under HOA:4700-01-135-11-26-500-502) towards payment of compensation of
LA and R&R benefits to the sixty five (65) PDFs of Chinnapalli Village,
Kondapuram Mandal, YSR District, Kadapa submerged under Thimmapuram
Reservoir of Gandikota CBR Lift Scheme in consonance with the provisions of
the RFCT LARR Act, 2013.

5. The commissioner (R&R), Water Resources Department / the District collector,

YSR District, Kadapa shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide their
U.O.No. FIN01-FMUOMRAS(WR2)/45/2022-FMU-WR-Il, Computer No.1714688,
dt.30.01. 2023.
