PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I'm selling both men's and women's hoodies. Because I am a big fan of Harry Houdini, a
Hungarian-American escape artist, illusionist, and stunt performer known for his escape feats, I named
my company the Harry Hoodieni Enterprise. I choose to sell hoodies because it is a popular trend to use
hoodies as a fashionable outerwear when going outside. Many young people, both men and women, are
seen wearing hoodies while going about their daily lives, therefore I'm taking advantage of this
opportunity to open an internet store that sells hoodies to meet the tastes of hoodie aficionados.
As this is an online business, I will sell them on Shopee and Lazada. Because of the various
payment methods available, such as COD, online banking, e-wallet, cash payment at convenience stores
(7-Eleven), and credit or debit card, selling them on these website apps makes it easier for my customers
to purchase. Next, my customers can use the voucher that I will give them if they spend more than
RM100 or buy in bulk. This way, they can get a bigger discount than if they bought it elsewhere. As a
result, I may gain loyal customers who appreciate the design and the low price.
I plan to promote my hoodie on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. Every design of
hoodie that I'll be selling, as well as the arrival of new hoodies, will be posted on a daily basis. This
allows people to search my social media platform for the design hoodie that they like. It will make it
easier for them to choose among the various types of hoodies available to them. Another reason I'm using
all of these platforms to promote my product is that they are all free, so there will be no cost for
marketing.
Self-financing using my own savings earned while working as a waiter at a restaurant for half a
year prior to launching this firm is the source of financial aid for starting my business.
