"How to learn more effectively" and some techniques to achieve this goal.

it can help you maximize your efforts when trying to
acquire new ideas, concepts, and skills.
If you're like many people, who don't have time or
easily distracted, you must pay attention and take notes.

Improve you Memory

The brain is a muscle, and like other muscle, it need to training.


So, you can follow this strategies for train it.

- Eliminating distractions so you can focus on what you are learning.


- Getting enough sleep, this one is mandatory.
- Organizing the information you are studying to make it easier
to remember for example: using visual aids like photographs, graphs, and charts.
- When you learn something new, spend a few moments describing it to yourself in
your own words.
- Reading the information you are studying out loud.
