Introduction

Economic growth and progress are essential as the human population

increases and demand increases. Along with continuous and excessive growth,
comes other negative factors like climate change. These factors then affect our daily
lives.

Responsible consumption and production are essential factors if we want to

tackle environmental challenges properly. One of the important environmental
challenges that we face is climate change. Due to climate change, we are
experiencing adverse situations all over the world from food and water shortages to
natural disasters. Food and water are essential elements for human life. So, it is
essential to study the reasons for climate change and how the production and
consumption patterns of humans are aiding in climate change.

Material and Methods

I intend to investigate the impacts of climate change on the production and

consumption patterns of people.

The Independent variable which I chose is,

1. Climate change

Dependent Variables will be,

1. Crops production methods

2. Consumption patterns,
3. Water shortages and floods,
4. Heat waves.

The research will be conducted through both quantitative and qualitative data.

I plan to study, how these factors are impacted by climate change and its extent and
how these variables are also related to each other. How climate change causes
these problems to persist and grow over time?

Then suggest how to overcome these problems, so that the impact of climate
change can be controlled.
