SELECTION NOTIFICATION

In partial modification of Selection Notification dt.19.02.2012, and in compliance

with the Hon’ble High Court orders dated 16.09.2021 in W.P.No. 20747 of 2015 in
O.A.No. 4966 of 2012 with C.A.No 1826 of 2013 and on the basis of the results of the
Written Examination held from 25.09.2011 to 03.10.2011 and oral test (interview) held
from 04.01.2012 to 10.02.2012 for Recruitment to the post falling under Group-I
Services, It is hereby notified that the candidate whose register number is given below
have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of DSP (Civil) cat-II in A.P
Police service(Pc.No. 02) falling under Group-I Services notified under General
Recruitment vide Commission’s Suppl. Notification. No.10/2009 to 39/2008, subject to
the following conditions.

1. That success in the Examination confers no right to appointment unless the

Appointing Authority is satisfied, after such enquiry as may be considered
necessary, that the candidate having regard to his/her character and
antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the services.
2. That the Candidate is found physically fit for the post.

3. That the candidate should produce original certificates as may be required by

the appointing authority in accordance with the Rules/ notification.

If, it comes to the notice of the Commission at a later date, that the candidate has
furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of Omission or
Commission of any candidate, then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled
at any stage and she will forfeit all consequential benefits including selection, besides
the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the
circumstances of the case in terms of the various enabling provisions as notified in
Suppl. Notification no. 10/2009, dt:27.07.2009 to Notifn.No 39/2008 dt: 30.12.2008
With this Notification of provisional selection, the Recruitment process vide
Suppl. Notification no.10/2009 to Notifn.No 39/2008 has been finally concluded and the
same is hereby notified.
