SUPPLEMENTARY SELECTION NOTIFICATION

ASSISTANT STATISTICAL OFFICERS IN A.P.ECONOMICS & STATISTICAL SUB- SERVICE

NOTIFICATION No.03/2019 (GENERAL RECRUITMENT)

In continuation to the provisional selection notification dated: 28-10-2020 it is hereby

notified that on the basis of the results of Main Examination (Computer Based Test) held on
01.08.2019 FN&AN and verification of Original certificates held from 24.06.2020 to 26-06-2020, the
candidate whose Register Number given below has been provisionally selected as per Rule-22(h)
(II) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules for appointment to the post of Assistant Statistical
officers in A.P. Economics & Statistical Sub-Service vide Notification No.03/2019, Dt.23-01-2019
subject to the following conditions.

1) That success in the Examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing
authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate
having regard to his/her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects for
appointment to the services.
2) That the Candidate is found physically fit for the post.
3) That the Candidate should produce original certificates as may be required by the
appointing authority in accordance with the Rules / Notification.

If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any Candidate furnished false
information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission and commission of any
candidate then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and he/she shall
forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection, Besides the Commission reserves the
right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case in terms of the various
enabling provisions as notified in Notification No.03/2019.

With this selection, the recruitment process notified vide notification no.03/2019 to the post
of Assistant Statistical officer has been finally concluded. The vacancies (29) that remained unfilled
for want of eligible candidates will be carried forward to the next notification.
