Dear Mr. Goldman:


A $50 late fee refund that has been charged on your end. Additionally, we are making
arrangement to reimburse you the amount as per the uber receipt attached in your email.

We apologize for the inconvenience as your e-bike’s battery died and you had to paddle all the
way back to trailhead. Some e-bikes do not show the correct percentage of charge due to
battery indicator percentage error. Please see that we will take immediate action for this issue.

Moving forward, we will ensure that our voicemails are checked from time to time to avoid
such issue. Also, kindly note that some banks process the payment within two-three business
days white other banks may take longer to process.

You may find the attachment below for payment process. As we are consistently thriving to
progress as a rental company, and we certainly value your time. And please contact us if you do
not see a refund and reimbursement amount from your end.
