We are Looking to purchase the following commodities as per the specification, and in
the quantities specified in the terms and conditions stated below.

Ref: Beef, Chicken, Pork

We, do hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase commodities as
per the specifications, quantities, terms and conditions specified herein.
All products are requested to be of USA or agreed other origins and to include USDA or
permitted other quality certification(s).
We intend to purchase and pursuant to suitable and associated contractual agreement.

GENERAL STANDARDS

General Standards:
. Origin: Countries with License to export to China (SIF certification)
. Carton labelled as standard international label Accepted by Chinese Authorities and
Customs for frozen product:
. Labels in compliance with the Chinese import requirements
. Delivery depends on the location of the plant.
If Shipping Ports (preferably): Closest port to the plant in the country of origin.

Payment:
. TRIAL – 5 FCL per product: 30/70 or Full Pay.
. After TRIAL – 100 FCL/month per product: 15-day terms.

Beef Specifications:
- 27-32 Cuts of Angus Choice or above (See attached list of cuts, individually prepared)
- 30 Months or younger beasts
- 30-50 containers per month to start.
- Seller to accept Escrow
- Factory/processing plant visit (depends on COVID19 regulations)
- If there is not enough supply, will also consider buying whole cow and Pay for processing,
packing, shipping separately.

Omasum(Bleached ) Specifications: Frozen, not more than 30 months old, is considered.

35 -60 grams/piece

Average Length of Paws : 10 - 15 cm /piece

Appearance: Clean, No Feathers, No Bad Smell, No Blood, No Black Pad, No Bruises, No
Chemical Burns, Broken Bones Less than 3%, Moisture Less than 1%, Chicken feet pad
retained and without damage.
Frozen Requirement: Blast Frozen at -40o C, Stocked/Transported at -18o C

Article 03 – Product Three:

* Commodity: Frozen Front and Rear Pork Feet, and Pig Head.
AAA grade: Cleaned from residual hair, 100% with tendon, white skin,0% broken bones,
well cleaned and fresh, no bruises, moisture less than 3%,no black pads or ammonia
burns, no bad smells, no excessive blood or blood stains. Any size is acceptable.
Quantity: 100 containers per month
Documentary, irrevocable Letter of Credit.
Payment to be issued per shipment, 100% of shipment invoice amount, and at port of
loading against documents as specified in Letter of Credit; including but not limited to Bill
of Lading, Invoice, Quality/Quantity Confirmation and Certificate of Origin.

Waiting for an urgent response for the above request by issuing an official offer from FCO.
