immune system of serving employees) to all DOLE Offices;

5 DOLE to provide free test kits for DOLE employees who were required to report
for work, exposed and/or transacted in exercise of their official function with
people suspected with COVID-19 infection;

6. Mandatory 14day self-quarantine for those employees who might. have


contracted the COVID-19 virus or those who might have been expose while on
their way to and from their respective offices or while in the performance of their
tasking itocat transmission and those who have returned from deployment or
travel abroad);

7. DOLE to provide medical expense assistance to employees who will contract the
virus in performance of duty;

g. DOLE to ensure that all employees who will report for work are entitled to the
hazard pay until the state of public emergency is lifted by the President
throughout the country;

g. DOLE to ensure that all work areas are properly sanitized and disinfected, thus
the Alliance recommend daily scheduled disinfection (after every work hours) or
allotment of a one (1) day stoppage of work for general disinfection of the offices;

10. Utilization of all DOLE official vehicles to transport employees (both regular
and
contracted), or contract a service providerihire jeepneys to transport employees
who are required to reportforwork as suggested by the CivilService Commission
(csc), which can be replicated by respective Ros if the need arises;

11. Encourage carpooling by providing gasoline, toll subsidy and assigned parking
spaces t6 tfrose wno witt-participate and use their own personal vehicles;

l2.provide accommodations to employees who will stay at the office to lessen


impact of contamination or acquiring the virus while on daily commute/travel.
Otfices with dormitories to prioritize accommodation of their own employees flrst
before providing accommodation to others, while other offices without
accommodation may convert their conference rooms or other rooms to serve as
temporary accommodations as suggested by CSC;

13.Allow a more flexible reporting schedule (those who will be affected by traffic due
to checkpoints) for those who are required to report for work provided that they
served the required number of hours;

14.Allow a combination of Office and WFH arrangement as provided by CSC;

15. Temporary suspension of all inspections nationwide except for cases (valid and
emergency) which merit immediate inspection; and

16.To provide logistical support or subsidy (issuance of lf equipment and provision


for data/internet allowances for those who will be on the WFH assignment.
