SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Robbery

DATE : May 20, 2022

1. On May 20, 2022, at approximately 6 o’clock in the evening, the

undersigned received a report from Apprielle Ann Barrameda
regarding a robbery that occurred at Zone 2, San Lorenzo, Tabaco
City. The victim reported that she was approached by the suspect,
who was armed with a gun, and demanded her bag, cash, and
cellphones. The victim complied, and the suspect fled the scene.

2. The undersigned immediately dispatched officers to the scene to

search for the suspect. Despite a thorough search, the suspect was
not found.

3. The undersigned collected evidence from the crime scene, including

a gun, which was submitted to the Crime Laboratory Office for
analysis. The undersigned also conducted interviews with potential
witnesses to gather more information for the identification of the
suspect.

4. Based on the evidence and the victim's statement, the undersigned is

recommending the filing of charges for robbery against the suspect.

COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, Apprielle Ann Barrameda, of legal age and residing at Zone 2, San

Lorenzo, Tabaco City, after being duly sworn in accordance with the law, depose
and say:

1. That on May 20, 2022, at around 6 o’clock in the evening, I was robbed at
Zone 2, San Lorenzo, Tabaco City, by an unknown suspect who was
armed with a gun.

2. That the suspect demanded my bags, cash, and cellphones, and I

complied out of fear for my safety.

3. That I immediately reported the incident to the police and cooperated in

their investigation.

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the facts

stated herein and to support the criminal case against the suspect.

5. That I am willing to testify in court to identify the suspect as the perpetrator

of the crime

6. That I am executing this affidavit voluntarily and without any coercion or

duress.

DATE : May 23, 2022

1. On May 23, 2022, at approximately 7 o’clock in the evening, the

undersigned received a report from Apprielle Ann Barrameda, of
legal age and residing at Zone 2, San Lorenzo, Tabaco City, of a
homicide at the aforementioned address. Upon arriving at the scene,
the undersigned saw the victim lying on the ground, apparently
lifeless. A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim sustained
multiple gunshot wounds. The undersigned immediately secured the
area and called for backup.

2. The undersigned also contacted the Crime Laboratory Office to

process the scene for any evidence.

3. A thorough search of the area was conducted, but no suspects were

found. The undersigned collected evidence from the crime scene,
including a butterfly knife and gun, which was submitted to the Crime
Laboratory Office for analysis. The undersigned also conducted
interviews with potential witnesses to gather more information about
the incident.

4. Based on the evidence and witness statements, the undersigned is

recommending the filing of charges for homicide against the suspect.
