Experiences with Children:
To tell you a little bit about myself, I’m returning back to college after being in the
workforce for 16+ years. I spent that time working with children of various ages
and abilities and in various settings. I have extensive experience working with
children from Newborn to School Aged. Some of the experiences are as a
Childcare Support Staff providing support for children with special needs, a
summer camp leader in many settings, a Nanny, and Educational Assistant for the
School Board. I also worked as a Child and Youth Worker and front-line staff at a
group home for children ages 4 to 18 years old with various abilities and needs and
had many different roles while there.

Goals for Placement:

My goal for this placement is to get a chance to get to know a great group of
children and hopefully make some fun memories together. I also look forward to
learning from some ECE’s in the field and adding to my skills.
