KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, NANCY C. CADALSO and CONCHITA C. GUINSATAO, both

of legal age, Filipino citizens, and a resident of Brgy. Surgui, Paoay, Ilocos Norte,
do hereby name, constitute RENIE B. BARAOED, of legal age, Filipino citizen
and a resident of #28, Kalusutan, Angadanan, Isabela, Philippine, as ourtrue and
legal representative to act for us and in our name and stead and to perform the
following acts and deeds:

To REPRESENT me in all transaction/s pertaining to the transfer of

ownership in relation to the DEED OF ADJUDICATION WITH SALE of
parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
NANCY C. CADALSO CONCHITA C. GUINSATAORENIE B. BARAOED

“Lot No. 20344-B of a subdivision plan of Lot 20344 covered by

OCT No. P-63006, located at Brgy. Nalasin, Paoay, Ilocos Norte,
with a total area of SIX THOUSAND AND FOURTY THREE
(6,043) SQUARE METERS”;

To PAY the necessary taxes and other fees pertaining to the transfer;

To SIGN and EXECUTE any and all documents for sale, transfer and
conveyance of the same;

To REPRESENT us for the application of TIN No. in relation to the

transfer of ownership of the above described property; and

To REPRESENT us for and in my behalf in the PROCESSING OF

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP; and DOCUMENTS FOR THE
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE of the described property with the concerned
agencies of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines;

To PAY and TRANSACT with the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE

(BIR) and/or LAND REGISTRATION AUTHORITY– Ilocos Norte
pertaining to the taxes and fees of the above mentioned property;

To REPRESENT, EXECUTE, PAY the fees required, sign any and all
documents and papers as well as CLAIM/RECEIVE for and our behalf
said documents from the concerned agencies or offices in the Philippines,
as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the foretasted acts
and deeds;

To DO such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which
this authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite
to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as
we might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof;
