Article 1: COMMODITY-QUANTITY-PRICE
Điều 1. Tên hàng –Số lượng –Giá
Tên hàng (Commodity): Tên hàng mô tả thật cụ thể hàng hóa mua bán để tránh việc giao
hàng không đúng gây tranh chấp (The name of the goods is very specific to the goods
purchased and sold to avoid disputed improper delivery)
Số lượng (Quantity): Nêu rõ số lượng hoặc trọng lượng hàng tùy theo đơn vị tính toán
trong hợp đồng.( Specify the quantity or weight of goods depending on the unit of
calculation in the contract.)
Giá (PRICE): Nêu rõ đơn giá, tổng giá trị hàng (Clearly state the unit price, total value of
goods )

- Không vượt quá mức dư lượng tối đa ( MRLs). Căn cứ theo các quy định:
EC No 470/2009 đưa ra quy trình thiết lập MRLs đối với dư lượng các hoạt chất dược
lý trong thực phẩm có nguồn gốc động vật, chẳng hạn như thuốc kháng sinh.
(EC) số 396/2005 thiết lập MRL của EU đối với thuốc trừ sâu.
 EC) số 1881/2006 quy định MRLs đối với một số chất gây ô nhiễm môi trường như
kim loại nặng, kể cả thủy ngân.
Do not exceed maximum residue levels (MRLs). Pursuant to the regulations:
EC No 470/2009 sets out the procedure for establishing MRLs for residues of
pharmacologically active ingredients in foods of animal origin, such as antibiotics.
EC No 396/2005 establishes the EU MRL for pesticides.
EC No 1881/2006 regulates MRLs for certain environmental pollutants such as heavy
metals, including mercury.

- Chứng nhận an toàn thực phẩm: Nhà nhập khẩu Châu Âu sẽ yêu cầu cơ sở của người
xuất khẩu phải được chứng nhận bởi bên thứ 3. Các tiêu chuẩn được yêu cầu phổ biến
nhất là Hiệp hội bán lẻ Anh (BRC) và Tiêu chuẩn bổi bật quốc tế (IFS).
Food Safety Certification: The European importer will require the exporter's facility to
be certified by a 3rd party. The most commonly requested standards are the British
Retailer Consortium (BRC) and International Food Standards (IFS).
