    Dear Sir,

    Greetings !! 

    I request you to look at the trail mail correspondences with you in 2019.

    A brief background for recollection: 


     
    I request you to recollect your advice two-years back to keep in abeyance tribal
    project proposal  for jointly working with Seesha ( Following Amrita Professor
    complaining of overlap of project areas in Sadivayal tribal hamlets).  Later I shared
    with you a concept note for discussion with a person known to you in DST ( Mr.
    Agarwal) . 

    Now, 20 days back I started the groundwork for reviving the project, following a call
    for proposal from DST with original due date as 15 Sept 2021. ( after briefing the
    same to the Dean). Because of NAAC work Dean became busy and SRC could not
    be convened. 

    Now , the due date has been extended to 15th Oct 2021. 

    In the intervening period, Dr. Ahamed (new faculty in Extension) has taken up the
    same thing (with some inputs from me) and is proceeding to submit (with new Asst
    Professor as Co-PI, understandably). 

    Kindly advise / intervene to get appropriate space in such interventions as deemed


    fit, may be in order to uphold overall team spirit.
