● Lounge Executives will get an Incentive of 30/- per Seat.

● Captains & Executive Captains can also benefit from the scheme provided they sell the
Tickets to Customers/ walk-Ins directly.
● % Discount is fixed at 10% that is the Max. one can give for a transaction. Bookings with
more than 12% discount will not be considered for the incentive scheme.
● Captain can earn extra incentive with lower Overall discounts.
● For example, if a captain gives 8% overall discount then he will get an additional 50% of the
discount amount saved which will be 50% of 2% i.e. 1%).

*If the discount % increases from 10 to 12%, the incentive amount will decrease from 60 to 50 /-.

Terms & Conditions:

I.To Qualify,100% Collection should be achieved on the Target as per due date, and there should not be
previous overdue
II.Minimum Tickets to Qualify will be 10, <10 no Incentive, Incentive will be on Per Seat same qualifier will be
for the Lounge Executives.
III.Payouts will be announced every month, Weekly Status update of booking will be shared with the Captains
IV.Agents Tickets will not be considered; it has to be Customer Return Tickets.
V.This is a monthly scheme & the Captain has to be on rolls on the last day of month to be eligible for
payments.
VI.Scheme Date Range :- 21st of every month to 20th of next month
VII.Half Century Club - Tickets count 50-99, Century Club-100+
VIII.Minimum 50 tickets should be there for qualifying in Top 5 State wise
IX.Additional Incentive for the Lounge Executives will be for the Period 21/12/22 to 20/01/23, it is as a push to
increase sales nos.
X.In Lounge Category if an A category Executive does C category seats he will get the benefit of C category.
Same for Category B.
