Profile Software Engineering Team Member
Eligibility BSc (IT)/ BCA/ B.Tech (CS/EE/EEE/EC)/ MTech (All CS Branches applicable)
1. Candidate will first clear the Entrance Test & Group Discussion to demonstrate they have
a basic knowledge of Coding/ Programming.
2. Candidate will then be provided 3 Months of training in coding and basic office etiquette
culture.
3. After the training, face-to-face interviews with our HR Team and Floor Mangers are
conducted at our Chetu facilities.
4. Once the candidate clears the interview process, the three-month on boarding as a
“Software Engineer Trainee” begins with candidates agreeing to a “Four-Year
Commitment” with the company.
5. Once the trainee has successfully cleared three months of training, they will be on
boarded as a permanent Chetu “Team Member”. Depending on their performance,
Career Path however, trainees can become a “Team Member” in short time of 1 to 2 months when
exhibiting exceptional skill and understanding.

3 month unpaid training -> 3 month OJT (15KPM) -> 3 month Software Engineering
Trainee (20KPM) -> Software Engineeri ng Team Member (3.5 – 4.0 LPA)
