AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, MICHAEL BURAC CAÑA, Filipino, of legal age, single and resident of SEC35
Block 7, Lot 3, Belle View Meadows, Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Province of Cavite, after
being sworn in accordance to law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the former employee of SUNG HYUNG PRECISION CO., INC. who

compromised my claims against it arising from our employer-employee
relationship.

2. I am also making claims against its president, MYUNG SU KIM, about my

alleged physical assault he committed against me on March 31, 2023, around 1:00
PM in the afternoon at our company premises.

3. After soul-searching of the alleged events that have transpired, I recollected that
what happened was just an accident which resulted in poor communication and
pure inadvertence.

4. I was already given assistance by the company by way of compromise to my

entire satisfaction.

5. In view of the foregoing, I undertake that I am no longer interested in pursuing

whatever law action I may have against him such that if I have filed, I undertake
the immediate withdrawal and or dismissal thereof, failing which I may be held
liable for damages.

6. I was never been coerced, forced or intimidated in signing this Affidavit of

Desistance and further prays for the dismissal of the above-mentioned case.

7. I am executing this sworn statement to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
