    “A RESOLUTION ALLOWING TO INSTALL THE 1 UNIT COMFORT ROOM, WITHIN


    THE LOT NO.10204, PIS-248 AREA OWNED BY THE BARANGAY LOCAL
    GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TOMITOM, A KC-NCDDP AF PROPOSED SUB
    PROJECT”

    WHEREAS, The KC-NCDDP AF through DSWD engage with the Municipal Local
    Government Unit of Ipil addressing the negative conditions of the Municipality.

    WHEREAS, the BDRRM Council of Tomitom proposed the Provision of Multi-purpose


    Collapsible Tent with amenities to DSWD KC-NCDDP AF PHASE 2 for funding support to
    address negative conditions as raised during BDRRMC Meeting;

    WHEREAS, the body approve and allow the DSWD KC-NCDDP AF PHASE 2 to construct
    within 100 square meter lot area owned by the Barangay Local Government Unit of Tomitom.

    WHEREAS, part of the requirements of the proposal is to provide an area/location for sub-
    project.

    NOW THEREFORE; after due deliberation and on motion of Hon. Marites B. Anoy and
    unanimously seconded it was,

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to provide the area containing 100 square meters as sub
    project site.

    RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved a resolution allowing to install the 1 unit comfort room,
    within the lot no.10204, pis-248 area owned by the barangay local government unit of barangay
    tomitom, a kc-ncddp af proposed sub project.
