Yogi
Adityanath, born as Ajay Singh Bisht on June 5, 1972, is a prominent politician
known for his strong leadership and association with the Bharatiya Janata Party
(BJP).
Yogi Adityanath has a background in the Hindu religious order of the Nath sect and
is recognized as the head priest of the Gorakhnath Math, a renowned Hindu temple in
Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. His religious background has influenced his political
ideology and governance style.
In March 2017, Yogi Adityanath assumed the role of Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh,
the most populous state in India. His appointment was met with both support and
