Airside
Ensure to secure trolley by placing tow handle perpendicular and
use locking mechanism (as applicable) Tow Eye

Use Grab handle instead of tow eye while handling

Ensure Safe gap is maintained and all Lock and Jacks are secured when
equipment is aligned to the aircraft
Verify with gate staff about No. of Coach and validate with Coach slip
Verify Trolley slip and Baggage count with BMA

Flight Manager / Skipper

• Verify 2 inch gap is maintained
• Secure Stanchion Rod and Compartment / Door side nets
• Verify Final passenger count with Boarding gate staff and provide updated
manifest to the lead crew
• Final details on the load sheet must be verified before submitting to PIC

Load sheet to be verified before submission by Flight manager/Load officer on:

• Distribution of Dead load as per LIR
• Final Passenger & baggage count
• Updated LDM comments for Special Load & NOTOC to be shared
with PIC
Verify the required number of crew count before initiating boarding
into the aircraft

Always give clearance from a safe distance to avoid personnel Injuries

Customer who is required to use POC (Portal Oxygen Concentrator) on
board shall be assigned only on window seat on non-emergency exit row

Only Able bodied customers to be assigned on Emergency Exit Row

Infants to be assigned on designated rows only

Gate staff shall ensure:

Ensure Pax is Guided to Aircraft when there is a common path way for
arrival and departure
GNS drill to be proactively initiated and revised count to be shared with
specific details to Flight Manager / Skipper and seek acknowledgement
Final Pax count to be shared with Skipper/Flight manager
 Make all possible efforts to control Hand baggage at Check-In Counters
& boarding gates to avoid cabin congestion
 Be vigilant while boarding customers in system and verify photo ID

Face Mask to be used in customer contact areas

Maintain Social Distance and regular Hand Hygiene

Face mask to be disposed only in

BIO hazard bins
