A lawyer shall not invite judicial interference.

“A lawyer shall not brook nor invite interference by


another branch or agency of the government in the normal course of judicial proceedings.”224 The
reason is that a lawyer who brooks or invites interference by another branch or agency of government in
the normal course of judicial proceedings endangers the independence of the judiciary.22
