Steps:
1) Stay under $5K and 3 items.
2) Wait for delivery.
3) Contact support on chat or call (recommended for highest success rate)
4) Tell them that you received defective products. They were impeccable, but they are literally
not opening (do not say anything about them being damaged or anything like that, stick to
defective)
5) They will try to help you out troubleshooting.
6) Act like you are checking things they tell you (so if you are doing this on call, always move so
they can hear things)
7) Tell them wife/son’s birthday will be up soon, so you need help urgently.
8) Push them for replacements.
9) After some pushing, they will approve replacements.
10) Do FTID v3 or even LIT after you receive replacements to avoid rebills in the future.
