Since our team selected the Price factor from the marketing mix, our primary focus

was to cover anything and everything related to the Price factor. Our Team will also discuss

the other discoveries from the video as well.

The offerings of the company are mainly for juniors. But they have been trying to

market in Chilliwack as Game Clinics for senior members. A business owner can bring

certain team members as a team-building exercise.

Client Needs and Marketing Goals: (Concerns and what is essential for the marketing plan)

As a team, we figured out some of the company's key concerns, such as its location (a

2-minute walk from the Golf Shop), so it might go unnoticed. Zack mentioned this as one of

the primary concerns, and we think that promotional events and advertisements can help to

solve this problem. The other point of emphasis was Market Penetration, i.e., they want to

attract more customers. Zack mentioned that they usually have a high retention rate of repeat

customers once they can acquire a customer.


Zack also mentioned running advertisements on Social media i.e., Instagram and

Facebook, and the various promotional events that have been held by the company; but as

there was no information available regarding their success or failure, we would want to know

more about that from the client.
