SUBJECT: Cell Phone Policy

Good afternoon:

There have been reports that employees are using cell phones during work hours.
I want to remind everyone that cell phone use is prohibited in front of patients. Cell phone
use is only allowed in the break room, outside the facility, or in an emergency. Please refrain
from using your phone at the front desk or any clinical area where patients may overhear
while you are on the clock or in your work clothes. Employees caught breaking the policy will
receive corrective action, up to and including termination.
