Assignment Dilemma

You are a university student, and you are given an assignment worth 25% of your final grade.

Your partner is always busy and makes excuses not to meet you
He never comes to class, so you do all the work
Two days before the due date, he calls you and say his ‘little brother has been ill’, he begs you
to put his name on the assignment.
