This issue of poverty is said to be on the rise, especially after the
impact of the 2020 COVID pandemic on the country. The high rate
of unemployment among citizens in the country, the issue of food
insecurity, corruption on the part of the government, a lack of
access to goods and services, and limited access to resources in the
state

1 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Giving cash does not directly improve somebody's well-being;
rather, it's a tool that can be used to purchase things such as food
and shelter that do directly contribute to the well-being. a small
startup grant is all it takes to help a family living below the
poverty line launch a new business while keeping on top of their
bills and keeping their children fed.

The government should invest in job creation strategies such as
rebuilding our infrastructure, developing renewable energy
sources, and making other investments that create jobs and boost
our national economy. Having more of an emphasis on
agriculture, promoting small businesses and employment
planning,

3 FREE ACCESS TO QUALITY


EDUCATION/ SCHOLARS
Some of the key areas of focus for making sure that education is truly
for all involve breaking down the barriers to education: creating access
to schools in remote areas. The right to education is not only the right
to access education but also the right to receive an education of good
quality. Education must be available and accessible but also acceptable
and adaptable. Quality is at the heart of education.

The government of Malapatan needs to put in place measures to develop a
comprehensive primary health care system as well as establish publicly
funded health care systems in poor barangays in Malapatam. Improve access
to healthcare. That means increasing the number of healthcare facilities and
skilled professionals in these facilities. A healthy person is productive, which
means that if Malapatan officials are to reduce poverty, it must be able to
make healthcare accessible to their people.

5 FEEDING PROGRAM/ SHELTERS


FOR HOMELESS

The plan of the nutrition program is designed to alleviate poverty and


improve access to health performance through good nutrition.
Meals are planned to be provided daily to many people in Malapatan.
A place that has free food, free cloth, free care, a bed to sleep in, and a
roof to reside in during the bad weather in summer or winter. We
will provide the range of protection and support services necessary to
help survivors and those at risk of violence to avoid future abuse.
