The unit submitted an application regarding lease deed registration, in which notice

was issued through office letter no-7348/D dated- 30.10.2013 due to error.
4 Office letter no.- 114/D dated- 06.01.2014 issued notice regarding closure of
residential use of the premises.
5 Application for inclusion of milk processing of the unit was submitted vide date-
18.10.2017, in the light of which notice was issued vide office letter no- 5465/D
dated 28.11.2017 for submission of desired documents.

In the year 2018, an application was given regarding the product inclusion of the
unit, in which order it was informed through office letter- 3226/D dated-
09.05.2019 that
• Select the products mentioned under Industrial Promotion Policy 2016 and apply
for product inclusion.
The unit was found closed during the inspection. Office letter no- 1062 date-
24:06. Notice was issued regarding the unit not doing industrial production by
2022.
8. In reply to the above letter, it has been informed on 11.07.2022 that the
Satyadhikari of the unit is running ill and his treatment is going on, due to which
the production work is not being done. Full production will be started when health
recovers. Along with this, the application regarding the change of ownership of the
unit was submitted.
Considering sympathetically in the light of the application of the entrepreneur, a
final notice was issued giving one month's time to start production in the unit by
office letter no-107 dated-14.09.2022.
10. Application submitted by the entrepreneur under Amnesty on 17.10.2022. 11.
In the report given by the Regional Manager on 05.11.2022, it was informed that
the production work in the unit was found stopped and no industrial activity was
found.
12. Not starting the production work in the unit even in the time given to the unit to
start production is a symbol of industrial indifference.
