INDEMNITY BOND

This deed of indemnity made this _____________________________

____________________________ District there is after called the indemnifier
which expression shall where the extent so admits include his heirs.

Successors and assigns of the one part and the Tamil Nadu Electricity
Board (hereinafter called the Board which expression shall where the context so
admits include their successors in office and assigns) of the other part.
 Whereas the Indemnifier is the owner of the lands bearings

a share of right of use of water from the well wherein.

Whereas the indemnifier this entered into a extract with the Tamil Nadu
Electricity Board for the supply of power to the well in the said S.F.No.
_______________ for a contracted load of ________________________ on a
special guarantee of Rs. ___________ Year for a period of 10 years.
 Whereas Sri _______________________ son of Sri
________________________ is a co-sharer of the right of the water from the
well in the said S.F.No. __________________ whereas the Board wants to safe
guard their interest in the event of present of future disputes relating to the right
of the co-sharer of the land and the well to that purpose request the said Sri
___________________________ and indemnity against all losses, expenses
and damage consequent to the supply to his whereas the said Sri
__________________________ has consented to give such indemnity now this
deed witness as follows:
1. In pursuance of the after said agreement and in consideration of supply to
the said well in S.F.No. ______________ the indemnifier agrees to keep
the Board indemnifier and harmless against all losses or damaged and all
costs and expenses that may be incurred by the Board in my claim, action
or commenced by the said Sri ______________________ or any
person claiming through or under his in respect of the well in S.F.No.

supply of electricity.

after lines are dismantled to pay depreciation charges.
